So, I’m writing this early in the morning today. A good feeling.

As planned, I shortened my sleeping hours. It wasn’t easy to fall asleep, for example, even though I went to sleep at 11 PM yesterday, it was not until 12 PM that I was able to fall asleep. In any case, I managed to woke up about 6:15 AM and so I’m writing this.

When I woke up, I was like “Why do I need this? I’ll sleep some more, whatever” but I still managed to wake up and I’m not feeling any tired regardless of the fact that I have just got 6 hours of sleep.

I think I am going to continue this. According to the plan, I am going to sleep whenever I feel like it today. I should feel a little bit tired so that should be even earlier today. The mornings are nice, though. :)
