Some say it's 20, some say it's 21, others agree that you have to do it for 30 days.

In either case you must commit yourself to follow through with your new habit for at least a month for it to become natural for you.

Even if it sounds real simple it is not... Breaking habits that you had for years and years is harder than you think it is.</description>
